What does "Weinachter" mean?
It can be a surname.
It certainly makes sense to regard the compound as a name of family.
German "Wein" signifies "wine". And "Achter" is the noun of the verb "achten" which is translated as "to honour", "to respect".
Everybody has to honour the Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
The King will judge, if we are Weinachters or not. And if we obey the heritage of Yves.

What do most former Catholic churches and chapels contain?
Some have two altars. Some only the Masonic table.
In tabernacles you will find bread mark Paul VI. If they are still there. Or not completely empty.
Perhaps bread mark John XXIII will become popular soon. Type John XXIII-2 of course. Not make Baldassare Cossa. He was not that vain.
